Are you the best at what you do?
Everyone wants success, but very few achieve the success they dream about.
This personal challenge e-book describes the personal evolution necessary to become a super-star.
This is a time of giving thanks and most people get it wrong. Think about it this year, are you giving thanks for WHAT or are you giving thanks for WHO? At Thanksgiving dinner, it’s usually tradition to go around the table listing off what you are grateful for, but why don’t we take the time to thank the people who have impacted us? This puts a whole new depth of meaning into Thanksgiving. Be thankful for who rather than what. Be thankful for who got you to where you are and who has inspired you.
With that in mind, we also wonder how many people will be grateful for a new year and wanting to leave 2020 in the past. 2020 gave us a fair amount of challenges, and most people will probably want to forget this year even happened. This is a copout, don’t put yourself in this way of thinking. There is always a rainbow at the end of a rainstorm. When you look for an opportunity, you’ll find it. Instead of wanting to forget all of this year and move on, reflect on the things that you did this year to propel forward. We encourage you die-hards to not skip past this year because you are thinking about the tougher times. Instead, find blessings and positives out of this whole situation.
Who are you grateful for? Who in your family and friends has positively impacted you? When something hits you like a pandemic, you have to remember that life is short and anything can happen. Look at what’s going on in our country, think about the people you may have distanced yourself from due to politics. Our advice with this is to simply let it go. Make peace. Peace is so much easier and requires less of your precious energy than holding a grudge.
Don’t let the politics and tension get in the way of appreciating your loved ones this Thanksgiving. If someone at the Thanksgiving dinner table doesn’t agree with your belief, remember that it’s a belief. You won’t convince them otherwise, it’s best to let it go. As you do this, remember why you love these people you are celebrating the holidays with. That’s what you need to be grateful for.
We both want to give you all our universal thanks. Thank you die-hards for being with us, we have millions of downloads all thanks to you. We hope this episode shifted your perspective when it comes to Thanksgiving this year and an opportunity to express gratitude to those around you during this time.
