The first thing to do is look at the goal you originally set for yourself. Then compare that to what’s happening now. See where you are with it. Do this before it’s too late! So often people wait until towards the end of the year to reflect on the intentional goals they set at the beginning. You should instead do it now, and keep doing it every so often throughout the year. 
Then, shift your process to meet where you are. Think about the action you need to take in order to achieve the action you want. See what you need to do to get to where you want to be by the end of the year. Block the time out on your calendar to make those things happen. No matter what, don’t let it affect your mindset. You have to stay motivated and positive. If you’re frustrated, take that energy and turn it into determination.

Taking new action for new results.

If you wake up every day and repeat what you’ve always done, you will stay where you’ve always been. If you want to achieve something new in 2021, it’s going to take doing new actions. Dedicate some time each day for inspiration and encouragement. You have to give yourself a new environment, a new invigoration, a new dedication, a new desire, and a new determination in order to move forward.

Our challenge to you is to make yourself a video or write yourself a letter. Write what you’re committing to do by the end of the year. Use this as your motivation and promise to yourself. You can achieve your goals; you just have to take intentional action.
