GOOD. BETTER. BEST.

WHICH ONE ARE YOU?

This personal challenge e-book describes the personal evolution necessary to become a super-star.

Focus IN, not OUT.

The first thing you need to do to tackle the elements of fear is to focus in, not out. You don’t need to know about the external things going on. Instead, focus inwards and focus on yourself. For example, most people who end up getting sick are vulnerable. If you build up your immune system and focus inwards, you are blocking off the outside influences that may instill some fear for you. Another thing to take into account is when someone gets sick, how often are they are in a low vibrational and fearful state. These negative and fearful thoughts can weaken your immune system.

Ironically, the best way to stay healthy is to not worry! Fear of loss is greater than the desire to gain. You don’t want to lose your health, your customers, whatever it is. This is a loss mentality, and this can become greater than your desire to sell. As a die-hard, think to yourself about how you can overcome this obstacle so that your outcome isn’t determined by an external factor. You are in control, you can determine your own outcome. By stepping into this mentality, your fear will diminish and disappear.

Elements of Fear

Why you should be paying attention to yourself and securing your self-safety.

This year a lot of things that are important to people’s emotional well-being have been threatened in some way. This creates fear. So our advice is to pay attention to yourself first. Whether that means turning off the news, reading something new, getting closer to someone in your life. Whatever it means for you to pay attention to yourself, do that. Secure your self-safety first. Focus on yourself and do something that will be productive, rather than focus on fear and everything that’s spiraling externally out of your control.

Think about what you fear most right now. Then, think about what the outcome may be when it occurs. What would the total outcome look like? What can you do right now to prevent that? Spend less of your precious time on outside influence and become more selective of where you are getting outside information from. This will help frame your mind and uplift your attitude. Another huge thing you can do to take action over the elements of fear is to acknowledge your fears. Everyone on this planet has their own fears. When you can acknowledge them, this takes things to a whole new level. To overcome any fear, first, acknowledge it and then understand what triggers it.

There is power behind what you focus on. What you focus on grows.

Fill in the time you have previously wasted and invest in something that will help you propel forward. Expose yourself to more positive people, put yourself in more positive situations that will determine a better outcome. What you focus on comes true, what you focus on grows. If you are focusing on getting more sales and customers, then that’s exactly what will happen for you. You will create things based on what you focus on.

On the flip side, if you focus on those things you are fearful about, guess what? They will come true. Fear is not a problem, fear is a system. The problem is what you are afraid of, and you have to get to the root cause of what’s making this fear manifest. Get to the root cause and overcome that fear.

The Elements of Fear and How Fear Affects Your Business: The Bottomline

We are challenging you to acknowledge your fears, grab your fear by the roots, throw it away, and leave it there to die. Also remember, fear is a potential belief, it’s not fact!
